Gulf Air | MRO Bahrain

Missions

Gulf Air initiated the development of a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Center in Bahrain for several strategic reasons — aiming to address the airline’s financial, operational, and strategic objectives, while also supporting Bahrain’s national economic goals.

The creation of this MRO facility includes:

  • One hangar capable of simultaneously accommodating one Code C aircraft and one Code E aircraft,
  • Maintenance workshops for A- and C-checks as well as heavy maintenance operations,
  • Warehouse with an area of 4,000 m²,
  • Storage facility of 5,000 m²,
  • Outdoor aircraft test area for Code F aircraft.
