As a project manager in the design phase, our role is to supervise and coordinate all activities related to the design and planning of a construction project. We define the client’s needs, develop technical specifications and select the best architectural, structural and technical solutions. We work closely with architects, engineers and other experts (control offices, geotechnical engineers, etc.) to develop detailed plans that comply with the regulations and standards in force. We also track costs and deadlines, and develop regular reports to keep the client informed of the project’s progress. In short, we guarantee the consistency and quality of the studies, while ensuring that the client’s objectives are met.

In the construction phase, our role is to supervise and coordinate all construction activities in accordance with the plans and specifications established during the design phase. We ensure the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring that the work is carried out in compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. We coordinate the various trades, manage the supply of materials and equipment, and monitor deadlines and budgets. We are also responsible for resolving any unforeseen issues that may arise during construction and communicating regularly with the client to keep them informed of the progress of the work. In short, our goal is to ensure that the project is carried out in the best conditions, respecting the expectations and requirements of the client.

As a technical assistant, we provide all our expertise to our customers during the different phases of a project. We provide advice and our point of view on technical, regulatory or administrative aspects, thus helping to ensure the quality, compliance and efficiency of the project. Our role can include assessing needs, analyzing constraints, recommending innovative solutions, as well as supervising work to ensure standards and deadlines are met. This mission aims to offer valuable support to the project’s stakeholders, promoting its overall success.
